1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of payment services provided through Kredo Lens, operated by Kredo Analytics Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka. CIN: U72900KA2020PTC134762.
By making a payment through any Kredo product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
Kredo Lens is a centralised payment infrastructure that processes payments on behalf of all products and services operated by Kredo Analytics Private Limited. Our services include:
- Processing online payments via Razorpay (our authorised payment gateway)
- Generating GST-compliant tax invoices
- Managing billing records and payment history
- Processing refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited, a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorised payment aggregator. We support credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
Payment amounts are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). The amount shown at checkout is final and includes applicable taxes. We do not charge additional processing fees.
4. Invoicing & Taxation
Kredo Lens automatically generates a tax invoice for every successful payment, with applicable GST:
- Intra-state transactions (same state): CGST + SGST
- Inter-state transactions (different states): IGST
Invoices are delivered electronically to the email provided during payment.
5. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate billing information, use valid payment methods you are authorised to use, and not attempt to manipulate or bypass our payment systems.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Data Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment information (card numbers, UPI IDs) is processed directly by Razorpay and is never stored on our servers.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kredo Analytics shall not be liable for payment failures caused by your bank or payment network, delays due to third-party gateway issues, or losses from unauthorised use of your payment credentials.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, and GST Act 2017.
